Prior to your appointment
Prior to your appointment, it is important that you provide us with your most recent medical information. We will review all of the materials in advance to ensure that your visit will occur without unnecessary delays. If you have had an echocardiogram, CT scan, MRI, and/or cardiac catheterization, please provide us with a copy of the report as well as the actual images.

During your visit
The most important thing you can do for good health and safe care is to ask questions about your care, your diagnosis, your treatment, and any medicines prescribed for you. Your health care team wants you to get the information you need.

Our team of providers will do their best to ensure that your questions and concerns are addressed.
In many cases, patients do not need surgery immediately, if at all. During these scans, the team members will evaluate the functionality of the aortic valve. Recommendations will be based on information including patient history, diagnostic studies, and psychological factors.
If surgery is necessary, our nurse educator will meet with you.
